You'll float flowers in a liquid milk bath for minimalist elegance, then drop in colour for psychedelic swirls!
Afterwards we'll enhance your photos in Lightroom (using the secret process I use on almost every image) and add textured backgrounds in Photoshop for a fine art finish.
Backlit flowers
Reveal intricate details in your flowers (that regular lighting misses) by using different budget-friendly ways to backlight your flowers.
You'll also learn sneaky tricks to keep your flowers in position and a variety of creative ways to arrange and edit your flowers, giving you endless ways to play.
Frozen flowers
Freeze your flowers so they’re perfectly suspended in low-frost ice, then experiment with different containers, arrangements and backgrounds to capture crystalised petals, cracks and bubbles.
Low light still life
Discover how to shoot a still life that resembles an Old Masters style painting by intentionally shaping light, background, composition and story.
Then you'll play with a few unconventional editing tricks to enhance that painterly still life mood.
Fluid Art Florals
Submerge a flower in water and capture it surrounded by delicately cascading paint and milk tendrils.
You'll discover my preferred container, how to avoid reflections, the results of five different types of liquid, my tips for keeping the flowers submerged, and my favourite methods for cleaning up the water in post.
With a handful of simple household items and these five proven creative recipes guiding you every step of the way you'll create flower images that look anything but ordinary.

Because what really excites me is photographing everyday subjects in unique, creative ways.
That's why I've tried over 140 different creative photography techniques, which I've taught to thousands of students worldwide.
