The Pixel Stretch Effect is a super effective way to add dynamic colour and interest to a portrait that portrays some movement (but it can be used in other creative ways too).

In this easy to follow tutorial you'll learn how to use the Pixel Stretch Effect to create lines, circles and a unique variation I invented myself.

To make this effect we'll sample some colours from our subject and stretch these out to create colourful streaks for images impossible to ignore.
