Payment Plans, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for joining Creative Photo Folk.

If you are not completely satisfied with your course purchase you may have the option of a 14 day money back guarantee (only on specified courses).

Money Back Guarantee for courses

Our 14 day money back guarantee entitles you to cancel and request a refund if the course(s) you've purchased are not right for you. 

We CANNOT provide refunds for change of circumstances.

The deadline for requesting a refund is 14 business days from the date on which you purchased the course(s).

In order to request a refund you must email [email protected] with a clear statement about wishing to cancel your course(s) and the reason why you were not satisfied. If we feel your request is unreasonable it may be denied without explanation. Your course access will be revoked immediately upon request.

You will be reimbursed no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation request, using the same means of payment as used for the order. 

We thank you in advance for any feedback you wish to provide to help us improve Creative Photo Folk.

If you decide to rejoin in future you will be unable to claim any further refunds.
 

Mojo Reignited

Purchasing Mojo Reignited comes with a special money back guarantee as we want you to feel fully supported and confident in your decision to join. 

If, after completing the course you feel you have not experienced any improvement in motivation, you may request a refund.

To qualify for a refund, you must have completed the course in full. Completion means: Listening to all audio lessons  and completing all journal prompts (proof required).

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the course ending. Requests received after this timeframe will not be eligible.

To request a refund, you must email [email protected] with:
Your full name and proof of course completion,
and a brief written explanation of why you feel the program did not help you regain motivation.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of time, or personal circumstances unrelated to course content.

We make no claim to guarantee specific outcomes beyond providing the structured tools, exercises, and guidance outlined in the program. Individual results may vary depending on personal engagement with the material.

Instructions for cancelling memberships (not applicable to courses)

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click your avatar on the page header.
3. Select settings from the dropdown.
4. Click billing info at the top right of the page.
5. Select the Cancel button.
6. You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation.

Once confirmed, you will lose access to your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. You can view your cancelled subscription and access end date under billing information. Please note, we do not reimburse partially unused membership periods.


Discounts

If you purchased a membership with a discounted offer, please note if you decide to cancel and rejoin at a later stage then the discounted rate will no longer apply.

Payment Plans and Memberships

By selecting your membership option or payment plan and providing your credit card details, you authorise Creative Photo Folk to charge your credit card at the agreed rate for your chosen option on an ongoing basis in accordance with our payment policy contained in these Terms of Use.

All memberships will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date. There will be no increase in your membership price when it renews. Once a membership has commenced, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership.

If you join on an annual membership, it is up to you to cancel your subscription before your next billing date if you don’t wish to be charged for another 12 months. An email reminder is sent out to you prior reminding you that your charge will be coming, and if no cancellation is made or no reply is sent to [email protected] with the request to cancel, you will not be refunded after your charge. 

If you join on the annual membership option and decide to cancel before your next billing date, no refunds will be granted for the unused time. You will have access to everything until your next billing date.

You are solely responsible for any missed or failed payments due to cancelled, changed, or altered payment information that you do not provide to us.

Failure to pay does not cancel your payment obligation.

We reserve the right to retry your card payment and if subsequent attempts fail, we will contact you about updating your card details so that the agreed payments can be collected. If this still fails we will cancel your course or membership and you will lose access to all past and future content permanently until the payment is received and marked as complete. For outstanding payment plans we will also forward your details to our debt collector.
